We're hiring an efficient, quick, focusedCook to provide incredible food for our guests. Open nightly in the Financial District, this 140-seat restaurant caters to upscale diners with a taste for excellent food and a decadent ambience. With decades in the business, we bring old-style San Francisco nostalgia and comfort to our guests.
The ideal Cook has over 5 years of experience with excellent meat cutting skills in an upscale, steakhouse restaurant. The Cook is adept at keeping a clean and orderly kitchen and working quickly and efficiently to consistently deliver great food according to the exact specifications of the restaurant. Must be inventory wise and minimize waste in the kitchen. Must be willing to work in all areas of the kitchen with a focus on cooking steaks. Must be able to communicate with the team, prioritize tasks and be part of a high-performing kitchen.
